Each December, Fort Lauderdale hosts the sparkling Winterfest Boat Parade.

Riverland Village offers suburban neighborhoods minutes to all of the action found in an urban city. The city is ideally located midway between Palm Beach and Miami and offers direct access to The Hollywood/ Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale's fine dining; shopping and entertainment.
